On Thursday 23 April 2026, a cooperation and partnership agreement was signed in the new lecture theatre between the Higher School of Teachers in Bouzareah, represented by Dr #Mohamed_Abdel_Moneim_Bresh, Director of the ENSB, and the Higher School of Irrigation in Blida (ENSH), represented by Mr #Abdel_Hamid_Habouch. The event was attended by the school’s administrative staff, including the deputy directors, the secretary-general, heads of departments, administrators and students.
The Director of the Higher School of Teachers in Bouzareah opened the session by delivering a welcome address to the attendees and outlined the key areas of focus and benefits that the school community as a whole, and geography students in particular, would derive from the agreement, as well as the establishment of a subsidiary body to undertake studies on the school’s development. Immediately afterwards, the Director of the Higher School of Irrigation delivered a speech regarding this agreement, highlighting his admiration for the school’s architectural heritage and stating that the agreement between the Higher School of Teachers in Bouzareah and the Higher School of Irrigation was a source of pride for both parties.
At the conclusion of the signing ceremony, the Director of the Higher School of Teachers in Bouzareah presented a valuable gift to the Director of the Higher School of Irrigation: a book entitled Martyrs of the Teachers’ House, written by Professor #Ben_Zerqa_Al-Said, who had presided over the signing ceremony.
