Directorate of Finances, Accounting, and Means
Duties of the Deputy Director of Finances, Accounting, and Means:
In accordance with the joint ministerial decision dated 09 Jumada II, 1439 corresponding to: 25 February 2018, which defines the administrative organization of the Teacher Training College and the nature and organization of its technical departments, the Deputy Director of Finances, Accounting, and Means is tasked with the following:
- Collecting the necessary elements for the preparation of the preliminary budget draft.
- Ensuring budget implementation and maintaining school accountability.
- Following up on funding research activities for laboratories and research units.
- Daily maintenance of inventory records.
- Ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of movable and immovable property.
- Ensuring the implementation of school equipping programs.
The Deputy Director of Finances, Accounting, and Means is assisted by:
- Head of the Department of Budget and Research Funding
- Head of the Department of Market and Equipment
- Head of the Department of Means, Inventory, and Archives
- Head of the Department of Cleaning and Property Maintenance
