On the evening of Monday 12 April 2026, in the meeting room, a partnership and cooperation agreement was signed between the Higher School of Teachers in Bouzareah, represented by Dr Mohamed Abdelmoneim Bresh, Director of the School, and the National Office for University Publications, represented by Mr Zine El Abidine Boumlit.
This agreement comes in the context of the new dynamic of the school’s administration, which aims to increase readership and publication within the school through an agreement between the two parties to facilitate the printing of books and publications by the school’s teachers and students.
At the conclusion of the signing ceremony, the Director of the Office presented the School Director with a valuable gift: a copy of the latest publication by the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Professor Kamal Badari, entitled:
‘Diaries 2019–2022: An Exploration of Contemporary Challenges – A Prudent Intellectual Journey into the Depths of Algeria’s Challenges’
The ceremony was attended by the administrative and teaching staff, as well as representatives from the National Office for University Publications.
