Duties of the Secretary General
In accordance with the joint ministerial decision dated 09 Jumada II, 1439 corresponding to: 25 February 2018, which defines the administrative organization of the Teacher Training College and the nature and organization of its technical departments, the Secretary General is tasked with the following:
- Ensuring the follow-up of the professional path of school employees.
- Ensuring the proper functioning of technical departments.
- Ensuring follow-up funding of research activities for research units and laboratories.
- Proposing and promoting programs of cultural and sports activities.
- Ensuring the follow-up of programs for the construction of structures and purchasing equipment.
- Ensuring the follow-up of the school’s internal security plan.
- Ensuring that the school’s structures and technical departments are equipped with the means of transportation and the maintenance of movable and immovable property.
- Maintaining inventory records.
- Preparing the school budget project and following up on its implementation.
- Following up on disputed cases before judicial authorities.
The Secretary-General, to whom the Internal Security Office is attached, is assisted by the following:
- Deputy Director of Personnel, Training, Cultural and Sports Activities
- Deputy Director of Finance, Accounting and Means

Duties of the Deputy Director of Finances, Accounting, and Means:
In accordance with the joint ministerial decision dated 09 Jumada II, 1439 corresponding to: 25 February 2018, which defines the administrative organization of the Teacher Training College and the nature and organization of its technical departments, the Deputy Director of Finances, Accounting, and Means is tasked with the following:
- Collecting the necessary elements for the preparation of the preliminary budget draft.
- Ensuring budget implementation and maintaining school accountability.
- Following up on funding research activities for laboratories and research units.
- Daily maintenance of inventory records.
- Ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of movable and immovable property.
- Ensuring the implementation of school equipping programs.
The Deputy Director of Finances, Accounting, and Means is assisted by:
- Head of the Department of Budget and Research Funding
- Head of the Department of Market and Equipment
- Head of the Department of Means, Inventory, and Archives
- Head of the Department of Cleaning and Property Maintenance

Duties of the Deputy Director Personnel, Training, Cultural, and Sporting Activities
In accordance with the joint ministerial decision dated 09 Jumada II, 1439 corresponding to: 25 February 2018, which defines the administrative organization of the Teacher Training College and the nature and organization of its technical departments, the Deputy Director Personnel, Training, Cultural, and Sporting Activities is tasked with the following:
- Ensuring the management of the professional career path of employees.
- Implementing training programs, improving the level and updating information for administrative, technical, and service staff.
- Ensuring the management of the census of employees and their harmonious distribution between departments.
- Preparing and putting into effect the annual plan for human resources management.
- Implementing programs for cultural and sporting activities.
- Following up on legal files and disputes.
The Deputy Director Personnel, Training, Cultural, and Sporting Activities is assisted by:
- Head of the Department of Teachers Stuff Service
- Head of the Department of Administrative, Technical, and Service Personnel
- Head of the Department of Cultural and Sport Activities
- Head of the Department of Legal Affairs and Disputes
