Introduction
The Directorate of Educations, Certificates, and Continuing Training was named by the inter- ministerial decree dated 09 Jumada 2 1439, corresponding to 25 February 2018, which defines the administrative organization of the Higher school and nature of its technical interests.

The Directorate of Education, Certificates and Continuing Training consists of three departments:
- Department of Education, Training, and Evaluation
- Department of Continuing or Initial Training
- Department of certificates
Directorate Tasks:
- Monitoring and evaluating the progress of education and training.
- Ensuring that the training offers presented by the departments are consistent with the school’s development plan.
- Ensuring respect for the applicable regulations in the field of registration, re-registration, knowledge control, orientation, and reorientation of students.
- Ensuring respect for the applicable regulations and procedures in the field of issuing certificates.
- Follow up the progress of training in the preparatory department.
- Coordination with the school’s pedagogical committees or with the national committees
- Ensuring the maintenance and updating students’ card.
- Ensuring the initial training for students of the Higher Schools of Teachers.
- Promoting continuous training, improving the level, and refreshing knowledge for the benefit of the social and economic sectors in relation to the school’s the field of specialization.

1. Department of Education, Training and Assessment
This department ensures:
- Monitoring and evaluating the progress of education and training
- Ensuring that the training offers presented by departments are in line with the school’s development plan.
- Ensuring that the regulations in the field of registration, re-registration, knowledge control, directing and redirecting students are respected.
- Monitoring the progress of training in the preparatory department
- Ensuring the maintenance and updating students’ cards
- Ensuring initial training for high school students of Teachers
- Promoting continuous training activities, upgrading the level, and renewing knowledge for the benefit of the administrators of the social and economic sectors in relation to the field or fields of specialization of the school.
2. Department of Continuing or Initial Training
Definition of the department: The Department of Continuing or Initial Training is responsible for the promotion of continuing training activities, upgrading the level, and renewing knowledge for the benefit of the administrators of the social and economic sectors in relation to the field or fields of specialization of the school.
3. Department of Certificates:
Definition of the department: The Department of Certificates is responsible for respecting the regulations and the procedure in the field of delivery of certificates.
