Library
The school library organizes the different documents which effectively help in refining the scientific level of the students and professors in their bibliographic research. Within its framework, the library’s director performs the following tasks:
- Proposing programs for the acquisition/borrowing and use of references and university documentations.
- Receiving the students’ graduation research dissertations.
- Organizing the documentary balance of the library using appropriate methods of processing and arrangement.
- Setting appropriate conditions for the use of documents by students and professors and assisting them in their bibliographic research.
The Director of the Library is assisted by:
- Head of the reception and guidance office.
- Head of the bibliographic research office.
- Head of the acquisition and processing/treatment office.
The office of acquisition and processing/treatment provides collections and documents to the library through facilitating the acquisition process according to some important suggestions from various researchers and users. Upon receipt of these holdings, the processing of documents is initiated by librarians to be placed at the disposal of library users at specific times.
The bibliographic research service should have the facilities that allow its managers to prepare for any request of any kind in different disciplines and subjects. The information provided by this office is primarily bibliographic.
The reception and guidance or tools office must be organized by a team with professional competence and sufficient technical information to answer and direct any kind of queries or any request for assistance.
