of the fifty-second (52nd) session of the National University Committee"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Human Resources Directorate of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research informs all \u2018A\u2019 lecturers of the opening of the 52nd session of the National University Committee (NUC).<br>According to the provisions of Article 50 of Executive Decree No. 08-130 of 03 May 2008 containing the Basic Law of the Research Professor, as amended and supplemented, \u2018A\u2019 lecturers with five years of active service in this capacity can submit their candidature.<br>All candidates are informed that the scientific acceptance of candidature files is subject to the minimum criteria according to the candidate&#8217;s field of training, after fulfilment of one of the specified choices, whereas the Scientific works are evaluated according to the evaluation grid defined by the National University Committee, which can be found on the website of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research: https:\/\/www.MESRS.dz<br>The application file is submitted exclusively through the digital platform \u2018Progr\u00e8s\u2019 via the professional e-mail of each candidate via the following link: http:\/\/progres.mesrs.dz\/webgrh<br>The period for depositing candidacy files via the digital platform has been set from Tuesday, 20 May 2025, to Sunday, 08 June
