Today, Monday 27 April 2026, a cooperation and partnership agreement was signed in the school\u2019s new auditorium between the Higher Institute for Teachers in Bouzareah, represented by the Director of the Institute, Dr #Mohamed_Abdel_Moneim_Brich, and Akli Mohand Oulhaj University in Bouira, represented by the University Rector, Prof. Dr #Larqat_Ali. The ceremony was attended by the school\u2019s administrative staff, including the deputy directors, the secretary-general, heads of departments, and administrative and technical staff.
The Director of the Higher Institute for Teachers in Bouzareah opened the session with a welcome address to those present, emphasising the importance of this agreement and the benefits it will bring to the school community in terms of scientific and academic exchange between the two institutions. He was followed by the Rector of the University of Bouira, who spoke about the agreement, highlighting his pride and honour at his association with the Higher School for Teachers in Bouzareah. He presented some statistics and outlined the facilities the school would be able to utilise in future under this agreement with the University of Bouira, welcoming the entire school community to his prestigious university. He concluded his speech by wishing Dr #Mohamed_Abdel_Moneim_Bresh every success in his duties and career at the school. The school was also honoured for the first time by the Rector of the University of Bouira signing the school\u2019s guest book, whilst the Assistant Director in charge of Media and External Relations, Mr # Al-Eid_Qurishi, read out the main points of the agreement to the assembled audience, highlighting its importance in terms of academic exchange between the two universities.
At the conclusion of the signing ceremony, the Director of the Higher School for Teachers in Bouzareah presented the Rector of the University of Bouira with a medal of gratitude and appreciation bearing the school\u2019s official emblem as a memento of the agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
